Johnson Rosati takes pride in its commitment to provide each client with quality representation, which includes a thorough analysis of the client’s needs and expectations first and then develops a strategy that is consistent with those needs and expectations. We believe that our clients deserve an aggressive, thorough representation. We also recognize our ethical obligation to inform the client of its options, regularly update the client on the status of its matter and pursue the client's interests in the most cost effective manner possible.
Johnson Rosati is a firm of 28 lawyers plus support staff, serving the legal needs of clients throughout Michigan. The firm was founded in 1993 by like-minded attorneys who sought to provide excellent legal representation in an environment which encourages working directly with the client. With offices in Farmington Hills, Lansing and Marshall, we are able to offer timely counseling and legal representation on a wide range of matters. Although our primary emphasis is in the areas of municipal law and insurance defense, we also provide representation for those involved in general civil litigation, at both the trial and appellate levels, land use and zoning, labor relations and employment law, probate and estate planning, business and alternative dispute resolution.
Johnson Rosati attorneys are committed to keeping abreast of the areas of the law in which they specialize. Our extensive litigation and consultation experience and commitment to continuing legal education allow us to maintain an outstanding record of success. We also rely upon the latest technology to achieve the best results for our clients. Johnson Rosati attorneys have been honored by their peers and recognized as leaders in their profession. Several of our attorneys are regular contributors at seminars designed to train other lawyers and are active in various sections of state and local bar associations.
Johnson Rosati also recognizes its obligation to give back to the community. The firm was one of the first in the State to make a major contribution to the State Bar’s Access to Justice Fund, so that those persons who are economically disadvantaged may still have access to legal representation. Additionally, members of the firm devote significant amounts of their time sitting on public or charitable boards, participating in community-based volunteer activities or providing pro bono legal services for those who are disadvantaged.
